Almost all the hotels in Tashkent offer Sauna bath facilities including Jacuzzi for a relaxing environment. There are some hotels, like on Silk Road, who have life style health clubs for health, beauty and fun oriented amenities and services including the sauna and Turkish Baths. They also provide massages with a variety of techniques for skin and body care. The capacity of the Sauna bath rooms is generally for six persons.

There are two famous Sauna bath places in Tashkent. One is the `U Gogi' club where you can enjoy a nice Turkish pulao or Russian cuisine after relaxing in the sauna bath. This club is managed by Russians. The saunas here offer you a cozy atmosphere with a great range of massage services. There are heated massage tables and steam baths with temperatures up to 120 degrees.

There is another famous Sauna called `Beauty & More’ run by the Finnish people. Sauna rooms here can heat up to 140 degrees. You have to remember to come out of the bath in ten minutes. There is provision for aromatherapy and Jacuzzi facilities also.
